A Journey to Global Leadership
An Evening with Mel Smith
On 10 September, Voices & Voyages hosted Mel Smith CBE (Ngāpuhi), Global CEO of ATG Entertainment, for a discussion on what it takes to lead through relationship, service, and genuine care at a global scale.
Now twenty years into a career built abroad, Mel is proof that you can be ambitious, be a leader, and hold both worlds fully — from founding the Mokaraka Trust to support the next generation of wāhine Māori in business, to the instincts she still leads with every day.
